Refund Policy

1. Consultations & office visits

Consultation and visit fees cover your provider’s time and medical evaluation and are generally non-refundable once the visit has taken place, including when the provider determines a treatment is not appropriate for you.

2. Prescription medications

For patient safety and pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed or shipped. Program fees for months not yet started may be refundable as described below.

3. Monthly & multi-month programs

• Monthly programs: you may cancel future months at any time. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• Prepaid 3- and 6-month programs: if you cancel early, unused months for which no medication has been dispensed may be refunded, minus the standard monthly rate for months already used and the value of any free or discounted month received.
• Medical stop: if your provider stops your treatment for medical reasons, unused prepaid months will be refunded.

4. Body sculpting, injections & other services

Treatment sessions (such as cryolipolysis or fat dissolving injections) are non-refundable once performed. Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded on request, minus any package discount applied to sessions already used.

5. Appointment cancellations & no-shows

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. [Client to confirm any late-cancellation or no-show fee.]

6. 15-lb guarantee

Refunds under our 15-lb guarantee follow the eligibility rules and claim process on the guarantee page.

7. How to request a refund

Email Trangiabao880@gmail.com or call 602-769-3801. Please don’t include medical details in your email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 30 days.
